A) WHEN POSTING A SHIPMENT

  1. Write a detailed description of the shipment.
  2. Check the rating and comments on the other user’s profile.
  3. Use secure payment methods (cash, credit or debit card, bank transfer, PayPal…).
  4. Work with transportation professionals when possible, as they can issue invoices and guarantee a better service.
  5. Fill in all the information on the Transport Document or CMR.
  6. Pack the items and take a photograph of the package before shipping it.
  7. Cancel the deal if the carrier is not trustworthy.

B) WHEN PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

  1. Read thoroughly the characteristics of the shipment.

  4. Inspect the shipment before picking it up and take a photograph of it.
